Free Jazz Clinic
Want to play better sounding jazz? Come to a free jazz clinic on Wednesday, July 25 from 5:30 to 7p.m. at Mount St. Mary’s Delaplaine Fine Arts Center’s Horning Theater. Led by world class jazz musicians and jazz educators, attendees are encouraged (though not required) to bring their instruments. After the workshop, jazz clinic leaders – The DiBlasio/McFalls Chordless Project will perform at Wednesdays at the Fountain – a free music series at the Mount held every Wednesday from 8 to 10 p.m. Although free, registration is required by visiting: www.msmary.edu/freejazzclinic or calling 301-447-8329.
